All orders will be processed & dispatched within 24 hours (excluding weekends). You will be sent an email to confirm that your order has dispatched & that your parcel is on its way. (If you do not receive this email please check your junk mail).

We offer free delivery on all UK orders. Orders are sent via Royal Mail First class post and usually take 2 or 3 working days. In addition, we offer a range of Special Delivery and International options.

Next Day delivery (tracked & insured) is available for £6.95 - order by 2pm for Next Day delivery.

Worldwide Delivery

FREE Signed For delivery on orders over £65.

For orders below £65, Standard Shipping is £4.95. Please allow up to 16 working days for delivery.

SIGNED FOR delivery (tracked & insured) is available for £8.95 - please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.

Customs & Duty

All customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Any charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges. Customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

 

RETURNS

No Hassle Returns

We offer a no hassle return policy where all items can be returned for any reason, with the one exception of personalised items, provided:
  • It is within 30 days of receipt of your shipment;
  • In original condition and unworn;
  • In the original packaging.

Personalised Items

    Given the nature of personalised items we are not able to accept returns on these, except where the item is faulty. However, if there is some issue with your item please contact us and we will do our best to sort things out for you.

      Are there any charges for return?

        Return postage costs are your responsibilty. Further, original postage costs are non-refundable.

        Faulty Items

        We do our best to ensure all products are of the highest quality and are packaged securely to arrive with you in perfect condition. However, things do happen and if you do receive a faulty item please get in touch and we will repair/replace/refund as appropriate. Where it is necessary to return the item, return postage costs will be refunded. In the case of a refund for a faulty item, original postage costs will also be refunded.

                How soon will I get my refund?

                  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and then your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, usually within 2-3 business days.
