Recently someone started to use very similar business name as mine and it causing me a lot of trouble right now. People like yourself keep coming to my website instead of dose of roses, leaving negative reviews without realising that they're contacting different people. I sell jewellery in the UK, I don’t sell any bears on my site and we are different companies. Hope you sort your order out asap.
All orders will be processed & dispatched within 3 days (excluding weekends). You will be sent an email to confirm that your order has dispatched & that your parcel is on its way. (If you do not receive this email please check your junk mail).
I offer free returns on all UK orders.
Orders are sent via Royal Mail Signed for delivery and usually, take 1 or 2 working days. In addition, I offer a range of Special Delivery and International options.
Standard shipping is £2.75 via Royal Mail Signed for delivery.

For orders below £65, Standard Shipping for Europe is 3.95 and the rest of the world is £4.95. Please allow up to 16 working days for delivery.
SIGNED FOR delivery (tracked & insured) is available for £9.50- please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.
Customs & Duty
All customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Any charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. I have no control over these charges. Customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
No Hassle ReturnsI offer a no hassle return policy where all items can be returned for any reason, with the one exception of personalised items, provided:
- It is within 14 days of receipt of your shipment;
- In original condition and unworn;
- In the original packaging.
Are there any charges for return?
Absolutely, 100% free return for UK customers.
I do my best to ensure all products are of the highest quality and are packaged securely to arrive with you in perfect condition. However, things do happen and if you do receive a faulty item please get in touch and I will repair/replace/refund as appropriate. Where it is necessary to return the item, return postage costs will be refunded. In the case of a refund for a faulty item, original postage costs will also be refunded.
How do I return?
To return an item, please send me email with your order number written and I'll reply you with the details as soon as possible.
Please use standard delivery and keep the proof of postage - ask at the counter. Please note that you won't get a full refund for return postage if you use next delivery or signed for.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item and then your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, usually within 2-3 business days.
